Are Tables and Chairs included with the rental?
Yes, if you're needing for your setup. However we will stage your set up for you the day of your rental.

What is required to secure date/time?
A signed contract and Non Refundable Security Deposit.
Are security Deposits Refundable?
No. Please reference rental agreement terms for full disclosure.
What type or rentals does the space offer?
Hourly, Half Day, or Full Day Rentals available 7 days a week.
What are your rental rates?
$200 Per hour (4hr Minimum)
Half Day rental (4 hours)
Full Day rental (up to 8 hours)
Onsite Parking?
Yes, Parking available for you and your guest.
Do you offer Wifi?
Yes, free wifi is included with your rental.
Do you have Bluetooth?
Yes, we offer a bluetooth speakers to stream your choice of music
Can we take videos/ Pictures of the space?
Sure! Dont forget to Tag us! (@theintimatespaceindy)
Do you offer decoration services?
Yes we have a in house decorator who can help bring your vision to light! Additional fees does apply. You may bring your own decorations for free.
Do you cater:
Yes we have caters that we contract through that’s familiar with our space, but you're more than welcome to bring in outside food and or bring in your own caterer.
Can I bring in alcohol?
NO OUTSIDE LIQUOR ALLOWED.
